It's called 'Why I always try to KISS' - it takes about a minute to read, so no excuses.

Then do what I say, you'll do better at your job (and just general life stuff too I guess).
I need to practice what I preach as well, so I'll be focusing on this over the Christmas period and looking through all my past stuff.
