The flying kangaroo, Australia's national carrier QANTAS, will be in charge of getting me there safely, so send all frustrated emails their way if I shan't return.
I'll be in transit for the few days following that as I land in Argentina then make my way up to the Ecuadorian capital,
Guayaquil.
From there, it's a relaxed bus ride up the Andes to the fortress town and UNESCO World Heritage Site of Cuenca, where I'll be taking up residence at our apartment.
And, from there, it will be 'business as usual', where I'll resume my weekly email and posting within my Facebook group.
You may have noticed a slight drop off in my usual 'stuff' that goes out, and there's good reason for
